Why do I need login data?
We list many privatly owned locations in our location library. To protect our location owners we do not show the images of these locations on our public sites.
How do I get my login data?
Please contact us via e-mail und send us besides your contact details also the name of the project and the planned shooting date. Once we got these information we will create your login data.
Is the login free?
No. To set up and maintain a location database is very time consuming and coslty. In order to be able to provide our clients in also the future with many magnificent and well documented locations we charge a small fee for the use of our location library.
How long will the login in be valid?
The login is valid during the whole time of your project.
How do I find the perfect location for my project?
Our database is searchable via many key-words. Key-words can be combined in order to quicken the search. On top we show automatically alternatives to different locations.
Can I save my favorite location?
Yes you can save your favourites in a or several lightboxes. The lightboxes are saved in our database and you can access them again each time you login.
Whom can I ask for details on the locations?
You can contact us for all your questions. We will be able to answer most of them directly, special requests will be checked by us with the owners. Since we know from our long experience what our location owners concernes are but also know what productions require we are usually able to get a good deal.
Can I show the locations to my clients?
Yes of course. To make it easy for you our database offers to send your lightboxes as links to your clients. No more down- and up-loading of images ord pdf-files.
How do I check the availability of a location?
It is simple, just send us an e-mail with your favourite location and the dates you need it and we will check with the owners the dates, price and other details. Usually we can get back to you within 24 hours.
How do I book a location?
Once you decided on which location to shoot let us know via e-mail or telephone. We will send you the contract and that's it.
Who is the contractor?
Your contractor is always the location owner. We almost only use our own contract to make sure to have an well balanced and proven contract fair on both sides.
How much does a location cost?
Location fees are as variable as the production needs therefore we negotiate the fees for each project anew. For many locations you will find in our database a standard fee as a rough guideline what this location might cost. These fees refer to a single-day-photo-shoot with an average team-size of 12-15 persons during normal daylight hours for 10 hours the day.
Are there any requirements I have to fullfill in order to be able to book a location?
There allways has to be a liability insurance. If you don't have any insurance we will be able to send you a contact.
When will the location fee be due?
For clients with a permanent address in Germany the fees are mostly due on the first day of shoot, sometiimes at the end of it. For clients from abroad the location fee will always be due before the shoot.
I am a location-owner and want to get it listed. How does it work?
